Q: What do I need to use Clipper?

A: You need songs that are playable on your device. This includes:

• Songs downloaded from Apple Music
• Songs purchased from iTunes
• Songs synced from your computer

Q: Do I need an Apple Music subscription?

A: Not necessarily. You can use Clipper with purchased songs or songs synced from your computer. However, if you want to use songs from Apple Music, you'll need an active subscription to stream them.

Q: How do I save a clip point?

A: Use the slider to find your desired moment in the song, then tap the "Save point" button. The app will remember this position and show a red marker on the slider.

Q: How long are the clips?

A: All clips are exactly 2 seconds long, starting from your saved clip point.

Q: Can I save multiple clip points for the same song?

A: You can save one clip point per song. If you save a new point, it will replace the previous one.

Q: How many recent selections are saved?

A: Clipper saves your last 100 song selections for quick access.

Q: Why can't I find a song in search?

A: The song must be in your device's music library. Clipper searches your local library, not the entire Apple Music catalog.

Q: Does Clipper work offline?

A: Yes! Clipper works with downloaded songs even without an internet connection.

Q: Is my data private?

A: Absolutely. All clip points and selections are stored locally on your device. No data is collected or shared.
